Baking challenge #20: Mary Berry's rich cheesy biscuits

Mary Berry could have named these 'ridiculously cheesy biscuits' and it would be an apt description. Equal quantities of flour and cheese, with a decent amount of mustard powder make these some of the richest cheese biscuits I've ever tried. They are ace.

As quick and easy to make as cheese scones, these little biscuits have a lovely melt-in-the-mouth quality and would be great as nibbles with wine. I really can't fault this recipe, as it's so straightforward and the end result is very satisfying - your biggest challenge will be trying not to eat them all yourself.
